Dr Linda Yang is a gastroenterologist, endoscopist and early career clinician-researcher. She graduated from The University of Melbourne with honours in 2012 and completed her gastroenterology training in 2019 through St. Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and University Hospital Geelong. This was followed by post-fellowship training as the advanced endoscopy and senior inflammatory bowel diseases fellow at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Linda has published widely on the measurement and improvement of quality of endoscopy, for which she has completed her Doctor of Philosophy in 2022. She is currently a core member of the functional gut and inflammatory bowel diseases clinics at St. Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne.
Linda is excited to contribute a hybrid skillset to EGS through her training in functional gut disorders, IBD and advanced endoscopy, including endoscopic stricture dilatation and surveillance of IBD-related colorectal dysplasia. She is passionate about providing a holistic management approach to patients and is dedicated to her work.
Linda is available for consultation at 205 Union Road, Surrey Hills and via Telehealth. She performs endoscopy at Epworth Eastern Hospital and St Vincent’s Private hospital. Linda is also fluent in Korean, which is an area of need among Victorian gastroenterologists. All patients can be seen urgently and endoscopic procedures arranged without prolonged waiting times.
